The Orange Pure Handloom Dhakai Jamdani Saree is a traditional Bengali saree that originated in the city of Dhaka, now the capital of Bangladesh. It is a fine muslin cloth, hand-woven on a handloom by skilled artisans. The saree is known for its intricate designs and motifs woven into the fabric, which are usually made of cotton or silk threads. The process of making a Dhakai Jamdani saree is an elaborate and time-consuming one. First, the yarns are hand-spun into thread and then dyed using vibrant colors. The weavers then create the design on graph paper and place it under the warp threads on the loom. Using a small bamboo stick called a ''kan'', the weavers carefully insert each thread into the desired pattern. This process is repeated for each row, ensuring that the design is symmetrical and precise.
