Participation in this Promotion constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Lucky Draw Process
- The lucky draw shall be conducted publicly and streamed live through the Company’s official Facebook page/platform.
- The selection of the winner shall be made through a random draw mechanism determined solely by the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to appoint independent auditors, observers, or technical representatives to supervise or validate the draw process.
- The decision of the Company regarding the winner shall be final and binding and no correspondence or disputes shall be entertained.
Prize Details
- The winner shall receive one (1) residential 3-bedroom apartment sponsored by RJ Infra.
- The apartment specifications, location, project details, amenities, possession timelines, registration process, maintenance obligations, and associated terms shall be governed exclusively by the Sponsor’s policies, agreements, and applicable real estate laws.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative unless otherwise determined by the Company or Sponsor.
- The Company does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding the apartment, construction quality, approvals, delivery timelines, legal clearances, or future valuation of the property.
- Any taxes, registration fees, stamp duties, governmental charges, maintenance fees, insurance, documentation charges, utility connection charges, or other incidental expenses associated with the acceptance or transfer of the apartment shall be the sole responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Winner Announcement & Key Handover
- The selected winner will be notified through officially registered contact information provided during membership enrollment.
- The winner must appear in person at the Company headquarters for identity verification and ceremonial handover of keys and related documentation.
- Failure to claim the prize within the time specified by the Company may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
- The Company reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification, proof of membership, photographs, video recordings, and signed acknowledgements before prize handover.
Publicity Consent
By participating in the Promotion, participants grant the Company and Sponsor the irrevocable right to use the participant’s name, image, likeness, voice, photographs, video footage, testimonials, and promotional content for advertising, marketing, publicity, and social media purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability
The Company and Sponsor shall not be liable for:
- Technical failures, internet interruptions, streaming disruptions, or platform outages during the live event;
- Any delay, cancellation, or modification of the Promotion due to circumstances beyond reasonable control;
- Any disputes arising between the winner and the Sponsor relating to the apartment or property transfer;
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Promotion.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice if required by law, regulatory authority, fraud prevention concerns, technical issues, or force majeure events.
Fraud & Disqualification
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to:

Governing Law

The Platinum Membership Lucky Draw ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Yespoho India Private Limited in partnership with RJ Infra ("Prize Sponsor").
2. Eligibility

3. Sweepstakes Period

Eligible Platinum Members will automatically receive entry into the Sweepstakes in accordance with the membership terms and promotional rules.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a three-bedroom apartment sponsored by RJ Infra.

Release of Liability

Winner including and not limited to their family, friends, hereby grant Yespoho India Private Limited and RJ Infra the unrestricted right to use my name, photograph, image, voice, video recordings, statements and testimonials, and biographical information for advertising, marketing, public relations, social media, promotional campaigns, websites, press releases, and related business purposes.
I understand and agree that:
- My participation in photographs, videos, interviews, livestreams, and publicity events may be recorded and published.
- The Company may broadcast, distribute, display, reproduce, edit, modify, and publish such materials in any media format now known or later developed.
- I will not receive compensation, royalties, or additional consideration for such use unless required by law.
- I waive any right to inspect or approve the final content or materials.
- I release and hold harmless [Company Name], RJ Infra, and their representatives from any claims relating to the authorized use of my likeness or personal information for promotional purposes.
- This authorization shall remain effective indefinitely unless prohibited by applicable law.
Anti-Fraud and Dispute Resolution Policy

This Anti-Fraud and Dispute Resolution Policy applies to all participants in the Platinum Membership Lucky Draw conducted by [Yespoho India Private Limited].
1. Anti-Fraud Commitment
The Company is committed to conducting a fair, transparent, and secure promotional event. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or compromise the integrity of the Promotion is strictly prohibited.
2. Fraudulent Activities
The following activities may result in immediate disqualification:
- Providing false information
- Using multiple identities
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Submission of forged documents
- Unauthorized access to Company systems
- Manipulation of membership records
- Attempting to influence the draw process
- Collusion with employees or third parties
3. Investigation Rights
The Company reserves the right to conduct investigations, request supporting documentation, verify participant identities, suspend participation during investigations, and cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
4. Disqualification

7. Dispute Submission
Any participant wishing to raise a dispute must submit a written complaint within thirty (30) days of the event. Complaints must include participant name, membership number, contact details, detailed description of the dispute, and supporting evidence.
8. Internal Review
The Company shall review disputes and may request additional information. The Company may appoint an independent reviewer or auditor to evaluate the matter.
9. Arbitration

Grant of Rights
Winner authorizes Yespoho India Private Limited, RJ Infra, their affiliates, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns to record my image, likeness, voice, appearance, statements, and participation, and broadcast, stream, publish, display, reproduce, edit, distribute, and otherwise use such recordings in any media format, including television, websites, social media platforms, Facebook Live, YouTube, Instagram, print materials, and promotional campaigns.
Scope of Use
The recordings may be used for marketing and advertising purposes, public relations activities, winner announcements, corporate communications, historical and archival records, and promotional materials.
Waiver of Compensation
Winner acknowledges that they are not entitled to any compensation, royalties, fees, or other payment arising from the use of my image, voice, likeness, or participation.
Release of Liability
Winner releases and discharges Yespoho India Private Limited, RJ Infra, Facebook/Meta, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any claims relating to recording or broadcasting activities, publication of photographs or videos, privacy claims, defamation claims (except in cases of intentional misconduct), and unauthorized third-party viewing of publicly streamed content.
Duration
Winner acknowledges that this consent shall remain valid indefinitely unless prohibited by applicable law.
Property Transfer Agreement
This Property Transfer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered between Sponsor: RJ Infra ("Transferor") and Winner: ("Transferee").
1. Purpose
The Transferor agrees to transfer ownership of the residential property described below to the Transferee pursuant to the Platinum Membership Lucky Draw conducted by [Yespoho India Private Limited].
2. Property Description
Property Type: Three-Bedroom Apartment subject to RJ Infra’s terms and conditions. Yespoho India Private Limited does not participate or is responsible in any shape of form in the eventual transfer of the property.
3. Transfer Conditions
The transfer of ownership shall be subject to completion of winner verification procedures, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, execution of all required legal documents, and payment of applicable taxes, registration fees, duties, and governmental charges by the responsible party.
4. Property Status
The Transferee acknowledges that the property is accepted in its current condition, the property specifications are as represented in the approved project documentation, and any builder warranties shall be governed exclusively by RJ Infra's standard warranty policies.
5. Taxes and Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, stamp duty, registration fees, property transfer taxes, utility activation charges, and ongoing maintenance charges after transfer shall be paid by the Winner.
6. Possession
Physical possession shall be delivered after completion of ownership transfer documentation, verification of required approvals, and compliance with all legal requirements.
7. No Investment Guarantee
Neither RJ Infra nor [Yespoho India Private Limited] guarantees future property value, rental income, capital appreciation, or investment performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
RJ Infra and [Yespoho India Private Limited] shall not be liable for market fluctuations, government policy changes, delays caused by regulatory authorities, or acts of force majeure.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. Winner and or their families shall contact RJ Infra, the sponsor, and will not hold Yespoho India Private Limited any responsibility during any disputes. All disputes are to be resolved directly with RJ Infra. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws of [Andhra Pradesh].
Real Estate Regulatory Disclosure
IMPORTANT PROPERTY DISCLOSURE
The apartment awarded under the Platinum Membership Lucky Draw is sponsored by RJ Infra and is subject to all applicable real estate laws, regulations, approvals, and governmental requirements.
Property Information
RJ Infra will announce the property location, details at the time of the lucky draw and Yespoho India Private Limited is no way responsible for providing the details or the terms and conditions of the property.

- The Company's role is limited to administration of the Promotion.

No Investment Representation
Neither Yespoho India Private Limited nor RJ Infra guarantees future appreciation in value, rental income, marketability, investment returns, or financing availability.
Property Acceptance
The winner shall inspect the property and acknowledge acceptance prior to final transfer.
Taxes and Charges
The winner may be responsible for stamp duty, registration fees, property transfer taxes, government levies, utility connection charges, maintenance charges, and association fees.
Legal Advice
Participants are advised to obtain independent legal, tax, and financial advice before accepting the prize.
Sponsorship Agreement
Between Yespoho India Private Limited and RJ Infra
This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on June 1, 2026.
PARTIES: [Yespoho India Private Limited] ("Promoter") and RJ Infra ("Sponsor").
Purpose
Sponsor agrees to provide one (1) three-bedroom apartment as the grand prize for the Platinum Membership Lucky Draw.
Sponsor Responsibilities
RJ Infra shall provide the apartment free of encumbrances except those disclosed in writing, maintain legal ownership until transfer, provide title documents and approvals, cooperate with winner verification and transfer activities, and complete transfer procedures within agreed timelines.
Promoter Responsibilities
Yespoho India Private Limited shall administer the Promotion, publish official rules and disclosures, conduct winner selection, maintain participant records, and coordinate winner communications.
Indemnification
RJ Infra shall indemnify and hold harmless Yespoho India Private Limited against claims relating to property ownership disputes, title defects, regulatory violations, construction defects, and misrepresentation regarding the property.
Limitation of Liability
Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Andhra Pradesh].
Independent Auditor Certification of Lucky Draw Process
An Independent Auditor will be used to monitor and certify the lucky draw process. As an independent auditor, they will:
- Observe the winner selection process conducted by Yespoho India Private Limited.
- Verify that the draw is being conducted in accordance with the published Official Sweepstakes Rules.
- Ensure that the participant database used for the draw is made available for review.
- Verify that the winner was selected through a random process without interference or manipulation from anyone including promoters, directors, or employees of RJ Infra or Yespoho India Private Limited.
- Ensure that the auditor found no material irregularities that would affect the integrity of the draw.
- Confirm the draw was conducted on a pre-defined date.
